These terms form a contract between you ("User") and NJP SALES LLC ("PAGORA", "we"). By accessing the site or using our services, you accept these terms.
1. Access to the website
The website is provided "as is". We strive for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service, including for maintenance.
2. Account creation
Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping your credentials confidential. You must have the legal capacity to contract.
3. Products, payments and subscriptions
- Premium products: deep-dive assessments, behavioral reports, certified profiles, QR codes and verification pages.
- Enterprise services: test packs, team dashboards, HR analytics.
- Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). Prices are shown before purchase.
- Digital deliverables are provided immediately after payment and service completion.
4. Certifications, QR codes and verification pages
PAGORA certifications attest only that a behavioral assessment was completed under the PAGORA framework. They are not a diploma, a regulated professional qualification, or a guarantee of competence, employment or performance.
5. No guarantee of results
PAGORA does NOT guarantee:
- employment or recruitment success;
- career progression or salary increase;
- business, team or employee performance;
- hiring success.
Users remain fully responsible for their own decisions. Recruiters remain solely responsible for their hiring decisions.
6. Intellectual property
The PAGORA framework, method, content, brand, logos, interface and code are the exclusive property of NJP SALES LLC. Any unauthorized reproduction, extraction or reuse is prohibited. Certificates and reports you generate are licensed to you for personal and professional, non-exclusive use.
7. Prohibited uses
- use the service for illegal, discriminatory or deceptive purposes;
- falsify a certification, identifier or verification page;
- extract, copy or resell content without authorization;
- compromise the security or integrity of the service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access in case of breach of these terms. You may request account closure through the contact form.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, PAGORA and NJP SALES LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service over the previous twelve months.
10. Governing law
Services are provided internationally. Unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (USA), without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence, including within the European Union.
