NJP SALES LLC ("PAGORA") is the controller of your personal data. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights.

- Payment information: processed by our provider (Stripe); we do not store card numbers.
- Assessment data and behavioral results: answers, D/I/R/S scores, dominant/secondary profile.
- Certification data: identifier, status, associated profile.
- Recruiter profile / verification page data (public by nature when you share them).
- Contact and support form submissions.
- Analytics and technical data: pages visited, device, cookies (see Cookie Policy).
2. Why we collect it
- provide and improve assessments, reports, certifications and verification pages;
- manage accounts, payments and product access;
- ensure security, prevent fraud and abuse;
- respond to your requests;
- comply with our legal obligations.
3. Legal bases (GDPR)
We process your data on the following bases: performance of the contract (providing the services), consent (marketing, non-essential cookies), legitimate interest (security, improvement), and legal obligation.
4. Retention and storage
Data is hosted on secure infrastructure (Supabase / Vercel) in compliant data centers. We keep data as long as necessary to provide the service and meet our legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with processors necessary to run the service (payment, hosting, email delivery), bound by confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.
6. Security
Encryption in transit (HTTPS), access control, per-user data isolation (Row-Level Security), and restricted access to sensitive data.

8. US residents

9. Minors
The services are not intended for individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
